Last night I took my friend Ardith out for birthday dinner and a show, I decided to take her to the show called "Shades of Sinatra" thought it would be one we would both enjoy ...I love that era of music.
The show was really good but the hotel/casino was really scary, old & dirty ....filthy dirty and just bad. It is the old Debbie Reynolds place and now the Clarion Hotel off Convention Center. The music was really good and I can't say enough about the performers ...they all were great! It's just too bad they are stuck in that dump.
Happy Birthday, Ardith...you may remember me...I met you once. :-) Sorry about the scary hotel, Boss! I was there last when Debbie Reynolds still owned it, and had the costume display there. Not so bad then...take her somewhere nice next time, would ya?!
