Girl Scout Thin Mint Cupcakes

Tomorrow in class we will be celebrating Lory's birthday and I had just bought  some yummy Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies so I'm thinking....Cupcakes? They might be the best chocolate cupcakes I have made to date. Made the chocolate batter from scratch and thew in a sleeve of crushed up cookies and frosted them with Mint Butter Cream Frosting.     I made charlie some twinkie cupcakes the other day, they were fabulous, all the guys at the raceshop ate them, one said "since hostess is not making them, your wife should and sell them"!! whoo-hoo! Thin mints were my favorite cookie, but now I like the shortbread dipped in a hot cup of tea!

    Oops - I accidentally deleted a couple of comments on my blog. Glad you liked the show. We couldn't leave SOON ENOUGH, and it wasn't the seating, because we had FABULOUS seats - too bad we didn't see you there. Jackie gave me some of those Twinkie cakes she's talking about over there - Yummo! However, she wasn't sharing the shortbread. Have a nice birthday celebration with those Girl Scouts...ME
